Mestermacher Bread

I like this bread toasted with a little butter. (nothing better than real butter! Remember on the fiddle diet you want to eat real food!) I often have the pumpernickel when I made split pea soup. Both breads are better toasted and can be used for egg salad sandwiches or any other sandwiches.
